My personal statement:
I cannot forget my school days, when students were punished on daily baises. It had been my concept about teaching throughout my schooling that teachers job is to engaged pupils and keep discipline at any cost. On the other hand I found some friendly and cooperative professors at collage who enlightened my heart towards teaching profession. I was particularly inspired by teachers of English, Urdu, and Islamic studies subjects. I started imitating them while coaching my younger siblings and cousins. motivation of my parents and community encouraged me towards teaching profession, I took the initiative of opening tuition center with the help of some talented peers. Initially the response was good but unfortunately it could not be further continued due to lake of resources. Then I decided to take proper training
I did ADE in 2014, I have been USAID merit-based scholarship student. I could not continue studies owing to financial problems. I had to work. I wished to teach but unfortunately I could not found any teaching opportunity but I didn’t gave up, I started working in different fields including labouring, E-Marketing and outsourcing (call center). these jobs could not satisfy me there for I enrolled myself in B.ed(honers) program to acquire all the skill of an effective teacher. I am now feeling improvement in myself.
